“Jasmine”, Age 14, Texas

January 2013—Fourteen year old “Jasmine” was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. She’s been battling a long inpatient stay and her single mom has been staying by her side while also attending to her other teenage daughter. Jasmine’s mom is unable to work, because of her daughter’s medically fragile condition so financial assistance from Family Reach Foundation was requested.

Family Reach provided a $935.56 grant to cover their rent, car payment and utilities.
