Logo Submission Guidelines

As a sponsor, we request that you submit your logos for either online or printed materials. Logos may be submitted in one of these file formats: AI or EPS,  though the preferred file format is .eps. Please do not submit logo placed in a Microsoft Word document. JPG or GIF logos may be used on the website, but are not of good enough quality to be used on signage, therefore, we request EPS or AI files.

Logos should be no smaller than 330 pixels wide. Logos larger than this may be significantly reduced. The height of the logo will vary depending on your logo. Please consider this when submitting logos with small text.

Before sending it to us, you may wish to compress your file to protect it (see below).

File Compression

It is a great idea to compress your digital files when submitting them via email.  Compressing files will help protect them. As your files are electronically transferred, they can get stripped of vital code that identifies them as valid EPSs or GIFs whatever the original file types. Without compressing your files, you run the risk of sending us incomplete or “corrupted” digital files.

How to compress your files:

Using WinZip (Windows)
Be sure that all your files are in one folder. Select that folder, right-mouse-click, and pull down to “Add to (file name).zip”. You may be prompted by a dialog box ” simply click “agree”. A “.zip” (or zipped) file will be created. This is the file we need from you. Rename the file including your business name.

Using  Mac OS X
Select the item or items you want to compress.
Choose File > Compress (in 10.5
Choose File > Create Archive (in 10.4 or earlier)

If you compress a single item, the compressed file has the name of the original item with a .zip extension. If you compress multiple items at once, the compressed file is called Archive.zip. Rename the file including your business name.
