Reach Runner
A Reach Runner is an athlete who competes in running events of any distance, from nationally recognized marathons to local 5K events and everything in between, while raising money for Family Reach Foundation by asking friends, co-workers and businesses to sponsor them as they train and compete in road races.
Most recently, three dedicated runner ran the Boston Marathon on behalf of Family Reach Foundation. On Monday, April 18th, Kris Kaplan, Rich Masterpol and Karen Palmer ran 26.2 miles in the Boston Marathon in a culmination of their outstanding efforts on behalf of families fighting cancer. Together they raised over $15,000 for families facing the emotional and financial challenges of cancer.
We are grateful for Kris, Rich and Karen, and all of our Reach Athletes, for committing themselves in this way to help our families. As always, thank you for your kindness, endurance and generosity.
