Began working with Family Reach in December 2003. The hospital is a partner in Family Reach's new Patient Care Package program in conjunction with students of Cook College-Rutgers University.

• Angela McCabe, MSW, LCSW, is the Coordinator of Cancer Support Programs and serves as the chief liaison with the Foundation. She plays an active role in connecting Family Reach with families in need.
